We welcome inquiries from event planners, market organisers, press and neighbours. Use the form to request a catering quote, book a vendor for a pop-up or ask about partnership opportunities. Please include event date, estimated guest count and any dietary needs so our events team can prepare an accurate response. For urgent matters between 9:00 and 18:00 ET, call our events line. We aim to respond to form submissions within two business days. For vendor applications we invite a brief description of your concept and photos of your setup or dishes. Our onboarding team will review applications and share information about training sessions, available dates and fees. If you are a member of the press please note "Press" in the subject line and include a preferred contact time. We look forward to hearing about your project and helping bring local, seasonal street food to your neighbourhood or event.

Our offices and vendor coordination hub are located in downtown Toronto. We host pop-up events throughout the city and across nearby regions. Please note that vendor kitchens move frequently due to events and neighbourhood schedules. For visits by appointment only, contact events to schedule a meeting and site orientation. Our mail address is accepted for administrative correspondence and vendor paperwork. If you need in-person assistance with an upcoming booking let us know in the form and we will arrange a brief site consultation.

Catering requests and vendor bookings

For event bookings we build a tailored plan that covers menu, staffing, equipment and waste stations. Provide your event date, location and guest count in the form. For larger activations we offer site visits to ensure staging, power and flow are compatible with vendor needs. Our pricing is transparent and based on menu selections and staffing requirements. If your request is time-sensitive include "Urgent" at the start of your message and call the events line after submitting the form. We also offer consultation packages for property managers who want a recurring market or seasonal pop-up series.

Frequently asked questions

How far do you travel for events?

We primarily serve Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. For events outside this zone we provide travel estimates during the quote process. For multi-venue activations we coordinate vendor logistics to ensure timely service.

Do you offer vegetarian and vegan options?

Yes. Our vendors include vegetarian and vegan dishes on every menu. For catered events we provide substitutions and clearly mark allergens and dietary options.

Can you accommodate large festivals?

Yes. For festivals we supply modular vendor rosters, waste stations and site flow planning. Contact events for a site visit and a detailed operations plan.
